## Connect a channel

Most channels begin under **Integrations** or their owning module. Select the provider, sign in to the intended provider account, review requested access, complete every authorization screen, and return to Spacebrain. Then verify that the connection reports active and send or receive a controlled test.

Provider authorization does not guarantee operational readiness. Email sending, phone and SMS registration, WhatsApp business setup, Meta page permissions, chat-widget installation, and call routing can each require additional configuration.

## Filter Inbox by channel

Use the secondary Inbox navigation to choose **All channels** or a specific channel. Channel filters change which conversations appear; they do not disconnect or pause other channels. Clear search and other filters when a known thread is missing.

## Channel readiness checklist

* The provider tenant, page, mailbox, number, or business account is the intended one.
* The connected user has sufficient provider permission.
* Sender identity and customer-facing profile are approved.
* Webhooks, sync, registration, or installation steps shown by the product are complete.
* A real inbound and outbound test reaches the expected thread.
* Opt-out and after-hours behavior are verified.

## Reconnect a channel

Reconnect when Spacebrain reports expired, invalid, or revoked authorization. Use the same owning provider account unless an intentional migration is underway. Reconnection may restore access but not recreate permissions removed at the provider.

Before disconnecting, identify campaigns, agents, inboxes, automations, forms, or scheduled content that rely on the connection. Disconnecting can stop new data without removing older synchronized records.

## A channel is empty

Confirm the channel filter, date, search, workspace, provider health, and whether the event happened after connection. Check the provider directly. If the provider has the event and Spacebrain does not, record the provider item identifier and timestamp for support without exposing message content unnecessarily.
