## Your outcome

The agency and client can identify who owns the sub-account, provider authorization, daily operation, support, usage, invoices, and offboarding—and the client’s first workflow is tested inside the correct tenant.

## Checklist

1. Review the [agency hierarchy and operating controls](/agency/).
2. Configure approved identity, support links, and white-label settings.
3. Create the sub-account with the correct administrator, tier, features, limits, and billing mode.
4. Use [Client Connections](/agency/sub-accounts-and-client-connections/) when a client must authorize its own provider. Never collect its provider password or one-time code.
5. Enter the sub-account and confirm its name before adding data or configuration.
6. Invite named client teammates with least privilege.
7. Configure and test the first workflow inside that sub-account.
8. Review [branding, domains, and rebilling](/agency/branding-domains-and-rebilling/) before exposing a branded portal or charging a client.

## Per-client launch record

Record the sub-account name and ID, client administrator, agency operator, connected resources and owners, tier and billing mode, caps, public domains, first workflow, test evidence, launch date, and offboarding contact.

## Switching between clients

Finish or save the current task, leave the sub-account, enter the next one, and verify its name and visible records. Close stale browser tabs. Never reuse one client’s exported file, sender, phone number, form, domain, or provider connection in another tenant without an intentional authorized transfer.
