# Sites overview

The Sites module contains four publishing tools:

* **Forms** collect structured responses and can pass data to integrations.
* **Landing Pages** publish focused pages with lead capture and analytics.
* **Funnels** connect multiple steps into a conversion path.
* **Webinars** manage event design, schedule, registrations, sessions, attendees, activity, automations, and reporting.

## Shared publishing workflow

1. Define the audience, purpose, owner, domain, and conversion event.
2. Start from a template or blank asset.
3. Build content and data collection with only required fields.
4. Configure destination, integration, tracking, and follow-up.
5. Preview on desktop and mobile.
6. Test accessibility, consent, validation, submission, error, and confirmation paths.
7. Publish to a limited or unlisted destination.
8. Inspect the response, lead, analytics, and automation output.
9. Launch publicly and monitor.

## Publication is an operational change

Publishing can expose a page immediately. Verify workspace, URL, branding, legal text, provider connections, and contact routing before confirmation. When replacing a live page, consider existing links, bookmarks, campaigns, search indexing, and analytics continuity.
