Plan campaigns, weekly queues, and reusable content

This guide helps you plan more than one post at a time. You'll group posts into campaigns, fill a weekly schedule from a queue, turn AI suggestions into drafts you review first, reuse your best posts, and import a content plan. It is for people who manage a regular posting schedule.

Before you begin

• Connect the accounts you post to in Social Media → Connections.
• Know whether your team requires approval. Queues skip drafts whose current version still needs approval.
• Campaign planning, queues, UTM links, ROI, duplicating posts, and CSV imports use 0 credits. AI tools (AI Campaign Copilot and AI Remix) show a credit quote first.

Where to find it

• Social Media → Campaigns opens Campaign Planner with three tabs: Campaigns, Evergreen queues, and ROI intelligence.
• Social Media → Publisher → Saved drafts opens drafts made by AI tools.
• Social Media → Content Automation has Recipes and Bulk publisher.

Create a campaign

1. Open Social Media → Campaigns and select New campaign.
2. In Create campaign, enter a Campaign name and pick a Goal: Awareness, Engagement, Lead generation, or Sales.
3. Add Labels, a Start and End date, and optionally Budget (USD) and Revenue target (USD).
4. Select Create campaign. You'll see Campaign created.

Pick the campaign in a post's Campaign (optional) field in Publisher to group it.

Track links and results:

• Select Build UTM to open Campaign UTM builder. Enter the Destination URL, select Generate link, then Copy it into your post.
• Select Record outcome to log a Click, Lead, Conversion, or revenue you know came from the campaign.
• The ROI intelligence tab compares your recorded budget with recorded outcomes, such as Return on spend, Conversion rate, and Cost per lead. It only uses what you recorded. It does not estimate revenue.

Build a campaign plan with AI

Under the AI Campaign Copilot panel on the Campaigns tab:

1. Choose the Campaign, a Brand Kit (optional), and the Channels.
2. Add Extra direction (optional), such as an offer or proof points.
3. Select Build campaign with AI, then Get credit quote. Check the Maximum charge and select Confirm and run. See how AI credit quotes work.
4. Read the Recommended strategy, Creative direction, and Measurement plan.
5. Select Review saved drafts to turn the suggestions into posts. See the next section.

Copilot only creates drafts. Nothing is scheduled, approved, or published until you choose it in Publisher.

Review saved drafts

AI tools save their results as drafts, so you can come back later without paying again. To review them:

1. Open Social Media → Publisher and select Saved drafts, or select Review saved drafts in the tool you used.
2. In Review saved drafts, select a draft from the list. Its status shows Choose account, Needs media, Ready for review, or Draft created.
3. Pick the Channel account, then edit the Draft title and Channel caption. The Creative brief describes the image to make.
4. Select Add saved media to attach an image or video from your library.
5. Select Save changes. You'll see Draft changes saved.
6. Tick the drafts you're happy with and select Create drafts (the button shows how many, for example Create 3 drafts).

What you should see: each created item shows Your Publisher draft now owns subsequent edits, review, and scheduling. Select Open draft to continue in Publisher.

Other useful controls: Reset to generated copy puts back the AI's original caption. View source and the Brand Kit revision show where the draft came from. If you see Source review required, one of the sources changed since it was generated. Select Review sources to check it.

Get back an AI result after an interruption

If you close the page or lose connection while an AI action runs, open the same tool again. Select Check saved status to collect the result. Spacebrain never starts a second paid run automatically. You are only charged once, and failed provider runs are refunded.

Fill a week with an evergreen queue

A queue is a set of weekly publishing slots that you fill with approved drafts. Use it for content you post regularly, such as tips or testimonials.

Create the queue

1. Open Social Media → Campaigns and select the Evergreen queues tab.
2. Select New queue.
3. Enter a Queue name and optionally link a Campaign (optional).
4. Choose Recycling: Recycle safely reuses posts after a waiting period, Publish once uses each post a single time.
5. Set Expire after days and Minimum repeat days.
6. Under On publishing failure, choose Pause and alert me or Continue to next post.
7. Choose the Publishing timezone, then add Weekly publishing slots. Select Add a slot for each day and time.
8. Select Create queue.

Add drafts and plan the week

1. On the queue card, select Add drafts. In Add saved drafts, choose up to 50 drafts and confirm.
2. Select Review week. The Plan the week window opens.
3. Choose a Planning window: Next 7 days or Next 14 days.
4. Check each row's account, draft version, and time. Rows that can't be scheduled explain why, for example Current version needs approval or Reconnect the publishing account.
5. Tick the ready drafts (up to 50 per batch) and select Schedule selected (the button shows the count).

What you should see: scheduled rows show Scheduled in Publisher, with Open scheduled post and Open in calendar links.

Select Pause queue to stop using a queue and Resume queue to start again.

Reuse a post

1. In Publisher, or in a post list in Analytics, select Reuse content on a post.
2. In Reuse this content, choose one:
   • Duplicate · free copies the post into saved drafts as-is.
   • AI Remix writes a new angle. Add a Direction for the remix, choose Draft platforms, then select Review AI Remix quote and confirm.
3. Review the result in Review saved drafts before creating Publisher drafts.

Turn trusted sources into drafts automatically

1. Open Social Media → Content Automation and select New recipe.
2. In Create a content recipe, add a Recipe name and choose a Source (an RSS feed or website you've already added).
3. Under Destination, pick Create drafts for review or Add drafts to evergreen queue.
4. Choose Draft for (the networks), a Minimum idea score, how often to Run every (Hour, Day, or Week), and Posts per run.
5. Optionally tick Include the source article link in each draft.
6. Select Create draft recipe. It starts paused. Select Activate when you're ready, or Run now to test it.

Video-first networks stay manual, so recipes never publish without the video they need.

Import a content plan from CSV

1. Open Social Media → Content Automation and select the Bulk publisher tab.
2. Under Import a content plan, download the Template or select Choose CSV.
3. Fill one row per post. Required columns are content and account_ids. Optional columns are title, campaign, labels, scheduled_for, and timezone. Copy account IDs from Connected account IDs and separate several with |.
4. Optionally pick an Optional evergreen queue, or leave Create drafts only.
5. Check the validation results, then select Import (the button shows the number of posts).

Limits: up to 200 posts per file. scheduled_for must be an ISO date and time, for example 2026-10-05T09:00:00. Rows without a timezone use UTC. Imports use no credits.

If something goes wrong

FAQ

Do queues publish drafts that haven't been approved?

No. A draft whose current version needs approval is blocked until it's approved.

Will I be charged twice if I recover an AI result?

No. Recovery collects the saved result. It never starts a new paid run.

Is the ROI tab my real revenue?

It only shows the budget and outcomes you recorded. Treat it as a guide, not accounting.
