If you do several jobs
Many small teams have one person doing everything. Do Workspace owner first, then the guide for the first thing you want Spacebrain to do for customers. You don't need to finish all four before you go live.

Each guide follows the same pattern, so you always know what's next:
- What you'll have at the end, in one sentence.
- Before you begin: your plan, role and anything you need to connect.
- Numbered steps with the exact button and menu names.
- What you should see after the important steps, so you know it worked.
- If something goes wrong: common problems and how to fix them.

Tips for every role
- Check your workspace. The name at the top of the left sidebar tells you which business you're working in.
- Test on yourself first. Use your own email or phone number before anything reaches a customer. The first-launch guide shows how.
- Ask Orbit. Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) and ask things like "What needs my attention?" or "Find recent leads." See Orbit, your AI assistant.
- Missing a menu? Your plan or role may not include it. See roles and permissions and feature availability.
- Keep customer data safe. See data access and safe operation.
