How to use this manual
Module guides follow the same operating pattern: understand what the module owns, configure prerequisites, complete a controlled test, launch to a limited audience, and monitor the resulting records. Labels can differ slightly by plan, role, workspace type, or staged rollout; the feature availability guide explains those differences.
Test customer-facing changes with internal data first
Voice calls, messages, emails, automations, published pages, review requests, and social posts can affect real people immediately. Use test contacts and private destinations until identity, consent, routing, content, and stop conditions have all been verified.
Stay up to date
Read the product changelog for releases and the system status for incidents. For help with a specific workspace, email [email protected] without including passwords, payment-card data, API secrets, or unredacted customer information.
Public by design
These guides are publicly accessible so teammates and customers can prepare before signing in. Workspace data, private configuration, credentials, and internal administration remain protected inside Spacebrain.
