Email overview
Connect sending accounts, build reusable templates, and keep inbox sync and delivery trustworthy.
The Email module contains Accounts and Templates. Accounts establish sender authorization and mailbox synchronization. Templates provide reusable content for supported sends, sequences, and workflows.
Recommended setup order
- Decide whether the sender is personal, shared, transactional, or campaign-oriented.
- Prepare the provider account and required administrator approval.
- Connect the account using the method presented by Spacebrain.
- Send and receive an internal test, then sync the mailbox.
- Create a plain test template with representative variables.
- Verify authentication, sender identity, links, reply path, unsubscribe behavior, and rendering.
- Increase volume gradually and monitor invalid or disconnected accounts.
Separate identity from content
A polished template cannot compensate for an unauthorized sender, invalid account, poor audience, or missing consent. Treat the account, audience, and content as separate launch gates.
Account health indicator
Spacebrain can show a warning badge when email accounts need attention. Investigate before launching a workflow or sequence; an enabled automation does not repair expired provider authorization.
