Feature availability

Understand why menus, providers, fields, and controls can differ between Spacebrain accounts.

The help center describes the current product surface, but an individual workspace can show a smaller or different set of controls.

Availability factors

  • Subscription plan, trial, included usage, or account standing.
  • Agency tier and per-sub-account feature configuration.
  • Member role and workspace ownership.
  • Main workspace, agency workspace, or sub-account context.
  • Country, language, phone capability, or provider region.
  • External provider approval, quota, permissions, or account status.
  • Staged rollout, preview, beta, or temporarily hidden navigation.
  • Required setup such as a connection, crawl, number, domain, or verified location.

How the manual describes variability

“Where available,” “supported,” “can include,” or “presented by the product” means the control is conditional. The UI in the active workspace is the source of truth for an action currently available to that user.

A feature is missing

  1. Confirm the account and active workspace.
  2. Check the member role.
  3. Review plan, agency tier, and usage state.
  4. Complete required provider or module setup.
  5. Refresh or sign back in after a permission change.
  6. Check the changelog and system status.
  7. Ask the workspace owner or contact support with the workspace name and expected module.

Do not use a direct URL to bypass a missing navigation item. Authorization still applies, and preview routes can be incomplete or unsupported for the workspace.

Documentation and release timing

Documentation can be published before or after a staged release reaches a particular workspace. The changelog records product changes, while this manual explains supported operation. If the UI and manual differ materially, follow the UI’s validation and confirmation text and report the discrepancy.
