What this help center doesn't promise

These guides explain how to use Spacebrain. They don't make promises about certifications, legal eligibility, where data is stored, how long it's kept, uptime, recovery times, encryption design, or the companies Spacebrain works with, unless an official policy or a signed agreement says so.

A product label isn't a legal or security certification. For example, Messaging Compliance is where you register for US texting. It doesn't certify your business as compliant with any law.

If your review needs a data processing agreement, security questionnaire, technical detail, retention promise, list of subprocessors, or a decision about a regulated use, ask Spacebrain through support or your account contact. Keep the written answer with your agreement and its date. Don't treat a sales conversation, help article, or screen label as a contract.

Who is responsible for what

  • Workspace owners control who has access, which apps are connected, what customer data goes in, how things are set up, and what gets launched.
  • Connected apps (such as Google, Meta, Zoom, or Stripe) control their own sign-in, permissions, delivery, storage, approvals, policies, and outages.
  • You remain responsible for collecting data lawfully, getting consent, identifying yourself as the sender, honoring unsubscribes, having the rights to your content, and meeting the rules in your region.
  • AI output needs a person to check it. Answers from Orbit, agents, AI fields, and enrichment aren't professional advice or proof.

Share information with support safely

Send only what's needed: the workspace name, the feature, a record ID, the time and time zone, the exact error, a screenshot with private details removed, and the steps to repeat the problem.

Never send passwords, one-time codes, passkeys, card numbers, API keys, AI agent access tokens, webhook addresses, or customer data that isn't needed.

Use contact support and the support report example to write a clear request.

Check a public statement is current

  1. Open the official link directly. Don't rely on a copied screenshot.
  2. Note the page title, web address, and the date you checked it.
  3. Separate what Spacebrain does from what a connected app does.
  4. Separate the public policy from anything in your own signed agreement.
  5. If what you need isn't stated, ask for it in writing.

If a policy doesn't mention something, that doesn't mean Spacebrain does or doesn't do it. Use the current policy and your signed agreement to decide.
