Agency overview
Operate branded client workspaces, access requests, feature tiers, budgets, billing, and domains.
Agency tools are role- and plan-restricted. The navigation includes General, Sub-accounts, Client Connections, Rebilling, and Domain. Use them to manage the agency’s own identity and the commercial or access relationship with client sub-accounts.
Understand the hierarchy
- Agency workspace: owns agency configuration, branding, tier policy, client relationships, and eligible rebilling controls.
- Sub-account: an isolated client workspace with its own users, data, connections, modules, usage, and operating context.
- Client connection: an explicit request or authorization path for access to a client-owned provider resource.
Entering a sub-account changes tenant context. Confirm the client name before importing, connecting, publishing, contacting a customer, changing permissions, or reviewing usage.
Configure General settings
Open Agency → General to review agency identity and white-label options visible to the plan. These can include agency name, subdomain context, support and legal links, email branding or sender configuration, and whether supported embedded widgets show Spacebrain attribution.
Use public URLs controlled by the agency and verify them while signed out. A white-label setting changes customer presentation; it does not transfer legal responsibility or provider ownership.
Agency operating controls
Maintain a named owner for:
- Agency profile and support information.
- Sub-account creation and offboarding.
- Tier, quota, cap, and feature decisions.
- Client provider authorizations.
- Stripe Connect, invoices, payouts, and reconciliation.
- DNS and custom-domain renewal.
Use two-person review for material price, billing mode, cap, domain, and bulk sub-account changes.
Continue with sub-accounts and client connections and branding, domains, and rebilling.
