Integrations overview
Connect external providers to the right workspace with explicit scope, ownership, testing, and recovery.
Integrations authorize Spacebrain to read or perform supported work in external systems. They can power Inbox channels, email, agents, calendars, SMS, WhatsApp, Meta services, webinars, payments, search data, social networks, reputation, and other workspace features.
The catalog visible in Integrations is the source of truth for the current workspace. Provider availability depends on plan, account type, geography, provider approval, and rollout.
Before connecting
Confirm:
- The active Spacebrain workspace or sub-account.
- The exact provider organization, tenant, page, mailbox, profile, property, or location.
- Which provider user will authorize and whether they have administrator approval.
- What data and actions the requested scope permits.
- Who owns reconnection and offboarding.
- Which live workflows will depend on the connection.
Connect a provider
- Open Integrations and select the provider.
- Read prerequisites and choose Connect.
- Sign in to the intended provider account.
- Review requested permissions rather than approving reflexively.
- Complete all provider prompts and return to Spacebrain.
- Select the intended resources if the provider exposes more than one.
- Verify active status and run an end-to-end test in the owning module.
Connected is not the same as ready
Authorization can succeed before DNS, sender authentication, messaging registration, verified locations, payment onboarding, webhooks, installation, quotas, or provider review are complete.
Shared connection responsibility
Use organization-controlled provider identities when possible. Record the owner and backup. Avoid connecting the same resource through multiple personal users unless the integration explicitly supports that design.
Continue with the connection lifecycle for testing, reconnection, migration, disconnection, and incident handling.
