Spacebrain Help

Workspace owner quick start

Establish a secure, accountable Spacebrain workspace before teammates launch customer-facing work.

Your outcome

A ready workspace has the correct business identity, named administrators, least-privileged membership, owned provider connections, visible usage and billing responsibility, and one tested operating workflow.

Checklist

  1. Complete first-run onboarding or skip it for manual setup.
  2. Confirm the tenant and member model in workspace and team setup.
  3. Review your profile, preferences, and security, including recovery access and passkeys where available.
  4. Invite named teammates and document which role owns configuration, daily operation, quality review, billing, and incident response.
  5. Connect one provider using the integration setup and connection lifecycle.
  6. Review workspace billing and usage. For an agency-managed client, confirm the billing mode with the agency.
  7. Ask the responsible operator to run one internal end-to-end test and show you the resulting record or execution.
  8. Agree on a launch window, monitoring owner, stop condition, and support escalation path.

Before inviting the full team

  • Remove sample or placeholder customer data that should not be shared.
  • Confirm the workspace name and timezone context visible in the application.
  • Use organization-controlled provider identities where practical.
  • Require separate accounts; do not share one login.
  • Make the help center and system status available to operators.

Weekly owner review

Review members, invalid provider connections, failed or paused automations, unusual usage, billing notices, unresolved customer-impacting tasks, and planned releases. Reassign work before removing a teammate or provider owner.
