Sites overview
Choose the right Sites tool - forms, landing pages, funnels, quizzes or webinars - and follow the same safe path from draft to published page.
Sites is where you build the pages people use to find you and get in touch: forms, landing pages, funnels, quizzes and webinars. This page helps you pick the right tool, shows the steps every Sites page shares, and links to the detailed guides. It's for marketers, business owners and anyone who publishes pages in Spacebrain.
What's in Sites
Open Sites in the main navigation. Depending on your plan and workspace, you'll see:
| Tool | Use it when you want to… | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Forms | Collect answers, such as a contact form, quote request or survey. Use a form on its own, or embed it in a page. | Forms |
| Funnels | Take visitors through several pages in order, such as opt-in, then thank-you, then offer. | Landing pages and funnels |
| Landing Pages | Publish one focused page with a single call to action. | Landing pages and funnels |
| Quizzes | Ask a few questions and show a result, such as "Which plan suits you?". | Landing pages and funnels |
| Webinars | Run live or recorded events with registration, reminders and replays. | Webinar operations overview |
Some workspaces also have Advertorials, article-style pages built with the landing page editor.
Before you begin
- Permission: you need editing permission to build and publish. Viewers can open pages but not change them.
- Plan: your plan can limit how many forms or pages you have, custom URL names, and some features such as Webinars. Limits are shown where they apply.
- Brand: set up your Brand Kit if you want new pages to use your colours and fonts automatically.
The path every Sites page follows
- Decide the goal. Who is the page for, and what should they do? For example, "Book a free consultation".
- Start from a template or a blank page. Templates are fastest. Replace every placeholder, image and claim with your own.
- Ask only for what you need. Fewer form questions means more people finish.
- Decide what happens next. Where do responses go, who gets notified, and which automation runs?
- Preview on desktop and mobile.
- Test it. Submit a test response with your own details and check the result.
- Publish. Your edits stay private until you publish.
- Check the live page in a private browser window, then share it.
Drafts and publishing
Sites tools share the same basic idea:
- Your edits save to a draft. Visitors can't see the draft.
- Publish makes the current draft live.
- Visitors keep seeing the last published version until you publish again.
The button wording after the first publish depends on the tool. Forms, funnels and webinars show Publish new version. Landing pages show Update when you have unpublished changes. In a form, the save status shows Saved · not published while your draft is ahead of the live version.
Publishing can make a page public immediately. Before you publish, check the address, branding, legal text and where responses go. If you're replacing a live page, think about existing links and ads that point to it.
Track conversions
You can add a Meta Pixel to forms, landing pages, funnels, quizzes and webinars. Select Conversions in the builder, paste your Pixel ID and choose which actions count as conversions. See Track conversions with Meta Pixel.
Run automations from Sites
When someone responds, an automation can take over, for example to tag the lead, create a task or send a follow-up:
- Forms: build an automation with the Form Submitted trigger and choose the Source form in Setup. See Build an automation in the editor.
- Funnels and quizzes: use the Funnel Opt-in trigger. In a quiz, Automate this outcome starts an automation matched to one result.
- Webinars: reminders and follow-up are in the Webinar's Automations tab. For other actions, use the Webinar Registration or Webinar Attendance triggers.
Worked example: a contact form that creates a task
- Build a "Contact us" form in Sites → Forms with name, email and message questions.
- Connect it to your Leads so each response creates or updates a lead. See Forms.
- Publish the form and embed it on your landing page.
- Create an automation: when this form is submitted, add a tag and create a task for the lead's owner.
- Submit a test response. Check the response in the form, the lead in the CRM and the task in your task list.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | Where to look |
|---|---|
| The live page shows old content | Publish your latest draft, then reload the public page. |
| A form in a page doesn't appear | The embedded form must be published. See Landing pages and funnels. |
| A response didn't create a lead | Check the form's CRM connection. See Forms publishing and CRM troubleshooting. |
| The page or domain won't load | See Domains and publishing troubleshooting. |
Continue after a response
Send people to the next step: book a call with Calendar, send a proposal with Agreements, take payment with Payments, or sign them up with Memberships. Check the result in that module. Publishing a page doesn't complete those steps by itself.
