Account and settings overview
Find the right Settings page for your profile, Orbit help, AI agent access, workspace, billing, usage and account deletion.
This section explains every page under Settings and what each one controls. Some settings only affect you. Others change the whole workspace for everyone, so they need an admin or owner.
Open Settings
Select Settings at the bottom of the sidebar. Spacebrain opens General settings, and the sidebar lists the other settings pages. On a phone, open the menu and choose Settings.

What each page controls

| Migrations | Workspace | Bring data in from another tool, such as HubSpot or HighLevel. |
| General | Just you | Sign-in email, name, username, timezone, language, appearance, email notifications, passkeys and recovery codes, and account deletion. |
| Orbit AI | Just you | Open Help & support and show or hide the floating Orbit help button. |
| AI Agents | Workspace | Create and revoke access tokens for outside AI assistants. Owners and admins only. |
| Workspace | Workspace | Name and logo, members, invitations and permission groups. |
| Billing | Workspace | Plan, credits, spend limit, payment methods and invoices. |
| Usage | Workspace | Where credits went, by day and by feature. |
Before you save, check whether the page is about you or the workspace. Workspace changes affect every teammate.
Looking for Preferences or AI Copilot?
Preferences are now sections of Settings → General. AI Copilot has its own section in the sidebar, and old Settings links take you there.

Good habits
- Give everyone their own account. Never share a sign-in.
- Keep your sign-in email verified and add a passkey plus recovery codes.
- Review members and connections every few months.
- Write down big workspace or billing changes so your team knows what changed and why.
