Account and settings overview
Know where to manage personal profile, preferences, Copilot, workspace, billing, and usage.
The Settings navigation contains General, Preferences, AI Copilot, Workspace, Billing, and Usage. A Security page may also be available directly or through account settings depending on rollout.
Personal versus shared settings
- General: your personal profile and available authentication controls.
- Preferences: personal timezone and other user experience preferences.
- AI Copilot: shared or workspace-aware AI assistance configuration exposed to your role.
- Workspace: shared business identity and membership.
- Billing: subscription and payment context for the active workspace.
- Usage: consumption and limits for the active workspace or sub-account.
Verify whether a form says the change applies to “you,” “workspace,” “agency,” or “sub-account” before saving.
Settings hygiene
Use organization-managed identities, keep profile and recovery information current, review members and providers regularly, and document material workspace or billing changes. Do not share passwords or reuse one teammate’s account for an operational team.
