Platform basics
Learn the shared Spacebrain concepts that apply across every product module.
Spacebrain is organized around a workspace and a set of connected modules. The left navigation groups customer engagement, building and growth, provider connections, and administration. A module may be hidden when it is not enabled for the workspace, restricted to a role, or part of a staged rollout.
Shared operating concepts
- Records hold durable customer or business data, such as leads, people, companies, deals, tasks, and responses.
- Activities and conversations show what happened over time.
- Connections authorize Spacebrain to interact with an external provider.
- Assets are reusable configurations such as agents, knowledge bases, templates, forms, pages, and workflows.
- Executions and reports explain what an automation or program did.
- Usage measures plan-governed consumption; billing controls determine the commercial plan.
A dependable operating loop
- Create or connect the minimum required data.
- Configure a small asset.
- Test with internal data.
- Inspect the resulting record and activity.
- Launch to a limited audience.
- Monitor reports and failures.
- Improve one measured issue at a time.
This loop applies whether you are building a voice agent, a workflow, a landing page, an SEO project, or a client sub-account.
Where to make changes
Use module settings for behavior limited to that module. Use Settings for your personal profile, preferences, AI Copilot, workspace, billing, and usage. Use Agency for sub-accounts, client authorization, rebilling, and branded domains. Use Integrations for third-party authorization.
